Magazine ad change

The current ad is geared toward woman and protecting their skin from the sun.

To change this ad up, I would put it in TransWorld SURF Magazine.

The picture on the ad would have a female surfer in the water on a sunny day sitting on a surf board.

On the right hand side of the ad I would leave the information the same.

Fish Out of Water

Marlena's

A wooden sign barely sways left and right titled Marlena's with a paintintg of an elegant and fair woman with a tiara on.

Entering the dark and mysterious place, Marlena's Bar sits in the Middle of Hayes Valley, one of San Francisco's premier hotspots.

Bright pastel green on the ouside and dark burgandy on the inside, the bar illustrates two different worlds.

Its narrow, sleak floor design decieves the eye to make it look much larger than it really is.

The bar is on the left hand side with 3 bartenders serving customers.

To the right of the entrance are a couple of tables and chairs where customers can sit and mingle.

In the far back left corner is a stage with a black velvet curtain dropback where singers, dancers, impersonators and drag queens performer nightly.

The people in the bar are extremely friendly and fun.

There is not a single dull moment at Marlena's.

A sight to see, there are drag queens that tower 6 feet tall in platforms, men in leather pants, belts, jackets and hats, and others with barely anything on.

The night still young, people come and go drunk and jolly happiness and joy filling the smokey air in Marlena's.

An excpetional night, male strippers danced on top of the bar with nothing on but a thong.

Both men and women went crazy placing dollar bills on the counter top and in the stippers' underwear.

Marlena's Bar in San Francisco is a sight to see.

Towering 20 feet in the air, the mosaic statue of Olympian, Tommie Smith and John Carlos stands proudly on San Jose State University's campus acknowledging a significant time in history.
The statues are made out of blue hexagon shaped textile and cement.
Standing barefoot, both statues have puma shoes next to their feet which supposedly represented the black panther movement at the time.
The shoes are hollow and made out of metal.
Both Smith and Carlos's sweat pants are rolled up showing their black socks.

Smith's statue is chipped in the back on the left pant toward the bottom.

Smith's jacket is zipped up and Carlos's is unzipped showing his t-shirt and a yellow, green and red necklace on his neck.
Their arms and faces are made out of metal.
Both Smith and Carlos have their eyes open, facial hair and are looking down toward the ground.

Both have serious facial expressions.
